I grew up in quite a few small towns here in southern MN (because we moved often), so the small-town love and appreciation for my neighbors and friends have always been my passion and strength. I am blessed with an amazing husband who pushes me to be my best and to always “go for it” and all 3 of my grown children are living their lives close to home, and that makes me happy.

From as far back as I can remember, I’ve always loved putting things together, whether it was a new outfit, rearranging my bedroom, organizing my closets or just painting any room I could just to see the change. When we were younger, my sister and I built all sorts of forts inside and outside and one of them was a little store. We would pick up unique rocks, clean them up and try to sell them to neighbors to make some money so we could purchase gum and candy and the grocery store down the block. We really never made any money, and we found there really wasn’t a market for rocks, but it sure was fun.

In my adult years, I’ve enjoyed decorating, designing spaces and even flipping houses (not intentional, just worked out that way). Now, I have been given this amazing opportunity to own and run my own boutique here in Fairmont and will continue to grow this business from just clothing and accessories to home décor, gift items and more. It has always been a dream of mine to be able to help people put together the perfect outfit, living space or gift and I am passionate about the well-being of our town and our downtown growth, I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of that growth. While we may offer an amazing selection of clothing and accessories for women, I am proud to be able to offer my creative services to make unique gift baskets and to help people make the most of their home or office space with some fresh décor and accents, from plant holders, warm cozy candles, beautiful centerpieces to a wide variety of gift items.
